iEphemeris Pro 5.7

iEphemeris Pro is an astronomy application designed for the iPhone. The target audience for the professional version includes astronomers seeking to conveniently access essential astronomical data on the go. Additionally, photographers may also benefit from the features offered by iEphemeris Pro in their work.

The application consists of three main pages:

• The primary page provides users with critical information such as Julian Date, Sidereal Time, Delta-T, Sunrise, Transit, and Sunset.
• The second page presents detailed Moon data including current phase, right ascension and declination, lunation details, upcoming phases, horizontal coordinates, moonrise, moonset times, and more.
• The final page offers key Sun-related information such as right ascension and declination, day length, Sun's maximum altitude, Equation of Time, Nutation details, and additional data.

Version 5.5 introduces the iEphemeris Widget feature. This widget enables users to quickly view the moon phase and current coordinates (location, latitude, longitude, and altitude). The widget operates in GPS mode and considers main app preferences for hemisphere (north or south), unit measurement system (metric or anglo-american), and language settings (defaulting to device language).

Users can personalize the application by selecting:

• Using iPhone GPS or setting a custom location
• The hemisphere of residence
• Between Metric and Anglo-American measurement units
• Real-time information or custom time and date settings
• A location from the built-in database of 8,000 cities or adding a custom one with latitude, longitude, elevation, and time offset
• From various supported languages without changing device settings

An in-app user guide is accessible by clicking on the (?) button. The app is localized in major languages including Bulgarian, Catalan, Croatian, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.
